Adopt Rules

- once you have purchased a design from me, that character is yours now!
- name, gender, backstory etc are all up to you unless specific terms on the individual characters toyhouse page state otherwise.- you can change the design as you please, all i ask is that you keep the original design visible with my credit attached, even if its in a tab!
- i would prefer if plus-size designs not be redesigned to be skinny.
- redesigns must not whitewash my designs.
- making original/CS AUs of my design is a-okay! for closed species AUs, follow all TOS of the species in question.- you can co-own my characters, but i don't take any responsibility for conflict between co-owners.- i don't permit my designs to be used in portraying incestual themes, pedophilia, minor/adult content, nazi ideologies, or promoting hate speech of any other kind.- resales should not exceed the original price unless you have additional art along with your original purchase.- holds can last up to a week. if you don't contact me on or before the date im holding till i'll assume you're no longer interested and make the character available again.
- i will only extend a hold period once. after that i will assume you can't/won't pay and will make the character available again.- payment plans should be no longer than 1 month. if you have a payment plan ongoing with me, i wont accept monetary offers from you until it's fully paid.- ask me via dm or comment about commercial use! ill consider it on a case-by-case level, but no matter what it will require a substantial additional fee on top of the base price, and naturally i should be credited with each use!- please offer in comments, makes it easier for me to keep track and keep things transparent- USD via Paypal only, please! i'll ask you to DM me your paypal address (email, not a paypal.me if its avoidable!) and invoice you so we both have a record of the sale. as soon as it's paid, i'll transfer the character to you.
- i will consider payment via ko-fi if i know you!
